Cornish border 12 miles. Easy access to Exmoor and Dartmoor. Eden Project 1½ hours drive.

Four bedrooms. Outstanding barn conversion with entry into entrance hall. Utility room. Very spacious and well equipped kitchen with Range cooker, oak beams and dining area. Two steps down to spacious sitting room with high beamed ceiling, slate floors, wood burning stove and glass front with patio doors. Two steps down to two twin bedded rooms and bathroom/WC. Staircase from hall to very spacious master bedroom with 5' bed, TV, DVD and ensuite bathroom/WC (shower over bath). Staircase from kitchen to spacious double bedroom with 5' bed. Shower room/WC.

Fantastic barn in a great location. Plenty of space, 5 star furnishings, all mod cons, brand new! Owners were friendly and helpful, provided stairgates cot and highchair. Absolutely loved it, would definitley stay here again if we were visiting that part of Devon.
